What we can't help with

Modern Biology News doesn't sell, warehouse, or ship anything discussed on the site — every purchase happens on Amazon or another retailer's own site, under that retailer's own terms. That means we don't have your order history, a tracking number, or any way to process a refund for something bought through a link here. The Sheridan, Wyoming address above is Aurora Group Platforms LLC's registered address in its state of formation. It isn't a staffed office and isn't set up for walk-in visits — mail sent there is forwarded rather than opened the same day, so email will always reach us faster for anything time-sensitive.
